Nestled in an idyllic landscape, surrounded by blooming meadows and majestic mountains, our property offers peaceful days in a quiet setting – dedicated to nature, relaxation, and warm family hospitality.
Our four lovingly furnished holiday apartments provide spacious rooms and accommodation for up to 5 people – ideal for families, couples, or nature lovers who appreciate comfort and tranquility. Two apartments on the ground floor are barrier-free, while the other two are located on the upper floor – all designed with great attention to detail.
The wide view of the Dolomite panorama quickly makes you forget the stress and rush of everyday life.
Whether you are planning a longer holiday or an extended weekend with family or friends – our house offers the ideal environment for carefree days.
Despite the peaceful location, the center of Olang can be reached in just a few minutes by car – perfect for combining nature experiences, activities, and relaxation.
True to our motto “Close to nature – family-oriented – stress-free”, you will enjoy a stay that is good for both body and soul.

The apartments (60 m², for up to 5 people) consist of:

our garden
Our lovingly maintained garden in Niederolang invites you to relax and unwind. Sunny and peaceful, just one minute from the forest, it offers a wonderful view of Niederolang and the surrounding nature.
Comfortable loungers invite you to soak up the sun and switch off, while you listen to the birdsong or take in the fresh mountain panorama.
For your personal wellness experience, a sauna is available (upon reservation and for an additional fee) – ideal after an active day in the mountains. Barbecue facilities are also available (likewise upon reservation and for an additional fee), perfect for enjoyable evenings outdoors.
Starting in summer 2026, a Kneipp facility will further enhance the garden area, adding another element of well-being. Refresh your body and mind – and enjoy the pure drinking water from our own spring.

The outdoor pool in Olang (open only in summer) is just a 3-minute drive away, while the Cron4 indoor pool in Reischach, featuring a sauna and wellness area, can be reached in only 15 minutes. -

The Olang train station is only a 5-minute drive away – pick-up can be arranged upon request. -

Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
