This hike offers a combination of natural beauty and cultural significance. Starting from Bad Bergfall – easily accessible via Trekking Bus no. 435.2– the route follows trail no. 4 uphill before joining trail no. 4A through peaceful forest sections in the direction of Trattes.
From there, continue along trail no. 3 until you reach the Furkel Pass– a symbolic crossing where two linguistic and cultural regions meet: the German-speaking Puster Valley and the Ladin-influenced Gadertal.
