Olang is located in the heart of the Dolomites Region Kronplatz and at the gateway to the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park – one of the most spectacular parts of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. Surrounded by pristine nature, vibrant culture, and authentic rural traditions, our aim is to preserve this unique space for life and recreation for future generations.
As a tourism association, we are committed to developing Olang as a sustainable travel destination. We are currently working – in close cooperation with the Tourist Info Antholz Valley – on the foundation for certification according to the criteria of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), supported by IDM South Tyrol. As part of a structured process, we are gathering all relevant measures, projects, and developments with a clear goal: to take long-term ecological, social, and economic responsibility.
For us, sustainable tourism means the conscious use of resources, the promotion of regional value creation, and the preservation of the natural and cultural diversity that makes Olang so special.
