Along the way, you will encounter various animals such as pigs, horses, Scottish Highland cattle and alpacas. The route runs mainly along wide, paved paths with very little traffic. Continue past the Tolderhof riding stable to the Panorama junction, where an optional detour to the Kids Area Panorama is possible. The route then turns left and follows the Aue road through meadows, passing Scottish Highland cattle and alpacas, until it reaches the Olang Kids’ World. Through the Kids’ World, the path descends gently with a gradient of around 4% towards Oberolang. From there, the walk leads up a few steps to the church of Oberolang and then down towards the Oberolang bridge, with a short descent of about 13%. For people with special needs, the wide gravel path by the music pavilion in the park of Oberolang is recommended as an alternative to the steps. The return route follows Hans-von-Perthaler-Straße and the Kanonikus-Gamper path back to the starting point.
Accessibility note
1. The route is mostly easy to travel along throughout.
2. The section from the exit of Olang Kids’ World, which leads up steps to the church and then down steps again towards the Oberolang bridge, can be avoided. The short unpaved section of about 20 m from Erschbaumweg up to the main road can also be bypassed by following Hans-von-Perthaler-Straße directly from the Oberolang bridge.
Recommendation for wheelchairs and strollers:
1. At the bridge in Oberolang, simply continue along the paved sidewalk beside the main road towards Mitterolang and return to the starting point from there.
