The Niederrasen Jogging Loop is a varied running route that perfectly combines nature, culture, and physical activity. The route leads through peaceful forest sections, past the campsite, and to the historic Bridge of Rasen, one of the area's most notable landmarks.
The trail then continues through the industrial area of Niederrasen to the St. Antonius chapel before returning to the starting point. The combination of forest paths, paved sections, and open areas makes this route especially diverse and suitable for both relaxed runs and regular endurance training.
The starting point is the football field in Niederrasen.
From there, the route first leads through the forest towards the campsite. It then continues to the historic Bridge of Rasen, one of the best-known cultural landmarks in the area.
At this point, the route turns left and continues through the industrial area of Niederrasen to the Antonius chapel.
From here, pleasant paths lead back to the football field and thus to the starting point of the loop.
From the Pustertal road, turn into the Antholz Valley and drive to Niederrasen.
