A pleasant walk for anyone who wants to discover village life. Experience the three districts – Oberolang, Mitterolang and Niederolang – on an enjoyable circular route through history, tradition and vibrant local life. Along the way, you will encounter cultural highlights, historic sites and welcoming places in the heart of the municipality. The paths are easy to walk, suitable for wheelchairs and stroller, and invite you to enjoy a relaxing stroll.
Route Description
The walk starts at the church in Niederolang and leads with a gentle incline along the paved road towards Gassl. Shortly before the Gassl gondola lift, cross the road and reach the panoramic path via a gravel section of approximately 100 metres. Follow this path to Oberolang. Along the main road, continue on the sidewalk towards Mitterolang, then return to the starting point via quiet side streets.
Several benches along the way invite you to rest and relax. Refreshments are available at Restaurant Panorama and at Cafés Bacher and Colli in Mitterolang. Drinking water can be refilled at the pavilion in Valdaora di Sopra.
