The aroma of freshly baked bread, the flavorful and spicy taste of authentic South Tyrolean speck – it's enough to make your mouth water!

Every Tuesday, from June 24 to October 7, the "Bread and Speck" experience takes place at the Olang 1+2 middle station. Local bread is baked fresh and crispy in a traditional oven and afterwards you can look forward to a delicious tasting of the oven-warm bread with original South Tyrolean speck.
While you immerse yourself in the traditional South Tyrolean world, you can be inspired by the beauty of the surrounding mountain landscape and let your mind wander.
