From the starting point of this tour at the town hall in Mitterolang, the route first heads towards Oberolang, then continues along the Olang reservoir lake to Welsberg. Once there, the route heads towards the Gsieser Valley. In the centre of Welsberg, turn onto the Pfarrgasse and a slight ascent begins. The route then continues through the untouched nature of the Gsieser Valley and past the idyllic villages of Pichl, St. Martin, and St. Magdalena until you reach your destination, the famous Talschlusshütte mountain hut. This moderately difficult tour also offers numerous other culinary stops on both the outward and return journeys.
