The „So kocht Südtirol“ – Team
Heinrich Gasteiger, Gerhard Wieser & Helmut Bachmann

Enjoy a risotto from the "So kocht Südtirol" team, get to know the 3 chefs in person and discover their latest book ‘Passion Risotto’. The cookbook contains over 70 variations of the Italian classic, from vegetable risotto to meat risotto and even desserts. The chefs Heinrich Gasteiger, Gerhard Wieser & Helmut Bachmann all come from our green Puster Valley and all have careers to be proud of. Decorated with Michelin stars and several gold medals, they will accompany you on your culinary journey through our wine life.

Degust

The selection, maturation and refinement are the great passion of Hansi Baumgartner. Cheese produced from milk from species-appropriate animal husbandry as well as artisanal processing have been the most important elements for 26 years, when DEGUST was founded by the former star chef.

Especially in the gastronomy cheese gains more and more importance. A colorful cheese buffet, a special cheese trolley or direct cheese advice at the table perfectly round off an enjoyable menu. Not only does cheese look beautiful and have a special taste, it is also a versatile product that requires little effort and leaves a lasting impression on the guest.
